For just £75 + VAT, we’ll carry out a full gas safety inspection on up to three appliances in your home, typically your boiler, cooker, and gas fire, to make sure everything’s running safely and efficiently.
What’s Included:
- Safety inspection of up to 3 gas appliances
- Gas leak checks and pressure testing
- Visual inspection of boiler (The condition of the condensate pipe, signs of leaks and corrosion, pressure level and the connected pipework)
- Flue and ventilation checks for safe operation
- A Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) is provided after inspection

Why do you need a gas safety inspection?
As a homeowner, whilst there is no obligation for a gas safety inspection to be carried out, it is recommended that gas appliances are checked regularly. This minimises the risk of faulty appliances within your home, meaning less risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Carbon monoxide (CO) is an odourless gas, which can be fatal, causing approximately 50 deaths per year in the UK.
As a landlord, you are legally responsible for all the gas appliances provided to your tenants. You are legally required to carry out a gas safety inspection (CP12) annually for each appliance in the rental property.
We only use accredited engineers
All gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe register to carry out any kind of gas work legally. Our engineers carry gas safe ID cards.
