What is a Home Service Report
Our home buyer services report is not a RICS report, it is a report to ascertain the condition of a properties boiler, heating system, plumbing and electrical system. This report is carried out by a fully qualified Gas Safe engineer (boiler, heating and plumbing) or a fully qualified electrical engineer (when choosing an accompanying EICR). Our engineer looks for visible problems that are serious, dangerous or that could cause further costs for the new owner.
What is an EICR?
Our Napit approved electrical installation condition report meets BS 7671: 18th edition standards. It includes the complete test and inspection of your property’s electrical installation including the testing of all circuits and appropriate descriptions. It will identify and areas of the installation that are dangerous or need improvement.
