Ensuring the safety and compliance of your electrical systems has never been easier. Our experienced team of NAPIT certified electricians are dedicated to providing professional EICR inspections for your new property purchase. EICR’s are a great way to identify defects, deterioration, damages and/or conditions which may indicate potential danger, as well as providing recommendations for improvement. This gives you the power of negotiating on a property you are looking to purchase.
*Our standard EICR is charged at £165 + VAT and includes up to 10 circuits (over 90% of all properties we inspect do not have extra circuits).
Any additional circuits will be charged at £20 + VAT per circuit.

One of our team will be in touch to organise a date for the report to be carried out.
The engineer will carry out the report and send it over to you within 48 hours.
